What you focus on is what you get

This latest scientific experiment could demonstrate important principles we teach in psychotherapy. Namely that a basic vital skill in learning is the ability to focus and defocus and that what you focus your attention on is what you get. (So make sure you focus on positive things and have a balance between focussing your attention and not) It seems when you focus on something it literally stands still in the glare until you let your focus go.
