The Reality I Am

If behind all that I perceive, there is a reality that exists and not nothing,

Then, what perceives this something must also be real,

And this reality that exists is what I am.

And is the source of what knows the reality I am,

And this knowing must be an inextricable quality of the reality I am,

That, in its purest form, is simply the reality I am.

And this purest form of the reality I am is what understands the reality I am,

Before any experience of mind and body that may categorise the reality I am,

And any experience known to this reality I am must,
therefore, be a form of the reality I am,

For otherwise, it could not be known by the reality I am,

And therefore, there is nothing that is not the reality I am,

And all that exists is the reality I am.

And I am that I am as I am.
